5/10: From Glynce

A massive coronal hole is rotating into an Earth-facing position and could begin impacting our planet around May 14–15.
This enormous negative-polarity solar feature is expected to send faster solar wind streams toward Earth, potentially triggering G1 to G2 geomagnetic storm conditions (Kp 5–6).
✨ Aurora chances may increase across some mid-latitude regions
🛰️ Elevated solar wind conditions possible later this week
🌍 Geomagnetic activity could intensify as the stream arrives
Space weather monitors are keeping a close watch as this powerful solar feature turns directly toward Earth. More updates to come.
