I woke about 3 a.m. Central, hurting. I felt like I had been run over by a Mac truck. I tried to go back to sleep, but couldn’t.

Woke up at 4 am Eastern time, like my bone marrow was irradiated. Deep bone pain all at once. Got me out of bed quick. Hot shower helped a bit, and advil pm (half dose) and cannabutter chocolates got me back to sleep for a couple of hours.
