M-Class Flare

A low-level M-flare is occurring from AR 4479 now approaching the western limb… further low-level M-flares are expected as this region eventually rotates from our view over the next couple days. The eastern limb AR 4482 which generated the X1.3 yesterday is more interesting. Vincent Ledvina
