Massive Double Schumann Spike

Tomsk recorded a huge double Schumann Resonance spike this morning, with the first major white-out burst starting around 06:00 UTC and a second intense surge following later.
We checked local weather around Tomsk for the same window, and there was no obvious storm signal in the available data to explain it away.
Did anyone feel this one?
