The geomagnetic field reached G2 (Moderate) storm levels at 02/1759 UTC, following the arrival of a CME. Additional G2 storm periods are expected through 02/2359 UTC, with G1 (Minor) storming expected to continue into the early hours (UTC) of 03 Aug. NOAA NWS Space Weather Prediction Center
