NOAA Update from Vince Ledvina

Here we go! NOAA has just released their model of the M1.8 CME, and impact is forecasted for around 11 UT on Sunday, June 8. This is now late on Sunday night/early Monday morning, but all models have around a +/- 7 hr uncertainty.

There is no official storm watch from SWPC, yet but I would expect G2-G3 conditions if this CME arrives on time. Mid-latitude auroras could be widespread Sunday night, so charge those batteries and start getting excited (while knowing nothing could happen).
