what a crazy day. Felt great yesterday morning, good mobility, no tinnitus. Then about mid-afternoon a wave of fatigue and muscle issues hit like a freight train. Asleep by 10:30, awake at 12:45. Hot shower, cannachocolates, advil, muscles still twitchy and legs aching. Solar winds reached almost 700 by 2 am. Was awake until 5 am, then slept until 8:30 am.
